Restart April 10th

Ok.. so. I started my Journey but did not follow my own plan very well. I have been soooo bad at drinking my water and bad at eating. Well not horribly bad because I did loose 7 pounds, But I had hoped to be further along and I only have myself to blame. So in my review of myself I have decided that I am restarting and this time... NO GIVING UP! I am going all in and I am going to make results happen. I have a goal and I am going to crush it. My goal-Loose 30 pounds by July 19th (we go to Disneyland this day). I started yesterday April 10th so I have roughly 90 days! Not only loose the weight but tone my body. I am going to write about my journey here (FOR REALS) weekly. Every Wednesday I will be here whether anyone else is or not. I am also going to Video Blog my Journey on my own private YouTube Channel. If you want to be invited, let me know! Not another Fad Diet

 We have all been there and have done the latest a best new fad diets. We lose and then fast forwards 6 months and we gain again and we continue on this viscous cycle. My name is Sharron and I have, like many others, been on a dozen or two diets. I have spent thousands of dollars on diets that, at the time worked, but once I was off the diet "product" or the regimen, I gained about half if not all the weight back. I have been dealing with this for about 15 years and you know what? I'm done. I have decided that 2019 is the year I am not going to go out and do a "diet". Instead I am going to challenge myself and do what I know and what I am educated about in the nutrition world.  You see, I have been on almost every diet out there. You name it, no carb, low carb, no sugar, weight watchers, Jenny Craig, HCG, the cabbage soup diet, the nutrisystem, you name it I have done it or one very similar. They are pretty much all the same.
